Shipping policy
If items are IN STOCK any orders placed before 6pm during the week, will begin the process that day. EXCEPT HOLIDAYS and orders will be shipped either that day or the next day. If your order is place after 6pm it will begin the process the following monday. If the product you ordered is not in stock or if we need any additional information we will contact you with a follow-up email. Allow up to 3 -5 business days for shipping confirmation sent via email.
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. Contact USPS if you have a lost package.If you want coverage on your package it will cost $30.
Privacy policy
You provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, card information and e-mail address, if you register for an account, subscribe, place an order.
We may use your email address to send you Order-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you don’t want to receive these messages, you can opt out by following the instructions in the message.
If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
We do not share your information with any third party companies, nor is your credit card information stored on our sites cookies for further use.
